Review: Contacted [redacted] regarding having an attic fan installed in my home, he suggested I get an energy audit perform through his company. [redacted] told me with the energy audit, the representative will give me some free gifts/work for the $100. cost. The free gift/work would include wrapping my water heater and pipes and some free energy saving light bulbs. When Integrity representative [redacted] came to my residence to perform the energy audit, he asked for a copy of my energy bills for the past year. I provided him with my [redacted] and [redacted] bills. After he conducted his audit, he inform me he will write in his report a suggestion for me to get an attic fan and 6 inches of insulation installed in my attic. I told him I already have some doing the insulation because I know after 10 years the blow in insulation shrinks. I gave **. [redacted] a check for the $100.00 cost, I asked him about wrapping the hot water heater, the pipes and about the free light bulbs. **. [redacted] informed me since I am with [redacted] and Integrity Homepro does not work with them, I could not get any of the free stuff done which [redacted] told me about. I asked **. [redacted] why didn't he inform me up front when I presented my [redacted] and [redacted] bills to him, that he was not working with [redacted] instead of waiting until after I paid him and asked him about the free gift/work? He could not provide me with an anwer and just said my I will recieve my audit report by the end of the week, it has now been six weeks and I have not received a report. I sent an e-mail to [redacted] regarding my concerns, and I have not received a response from him.Desired Settlement: I wouild like for Integrity Homepro to refund my check for $100.00. I feel this energy audit [redacted] suggest and the representative performed was a scam. Especially since **. [redacted] know upfront I had [redacted] and he know he was not associated with [redacted] to preform the energy audit and he could not wrap my water tank, pipes or provide me with free engery saving light bulbs

Revdex.com - Energy Auditor [redacted] upon inspection attempted to install the CFL bulbs and wrap for **. [redacted] but found CFLs in most of his fixtures already. The fixtures that did not have CFLs were on dimmers or he refused installation. He purposely did not want CFL bulbs in those fixtures.
